I'm wanting a Caravela for my next mech, it's elegant and I like the look of it. It's a pretty mech, and the button looks nice too, but I see that EH Pro makes them, and theirs I saw online was $67, which by the time it gets to my door is about $75, so I would hope it would be of good build quality. On the other hand hcigar makes one too, and I have their Nemesis clone, which, after some modding on the button I really love. So, who makes the better Caravela clone of the two? Also, can I put magnets in the Caravela button? I put 2mm thick magnets in my Nemesis and they are perfect. I'd like to be able to do the same with the Caravela.

The design of the original Caravela used different length pins in the top cap to deal with differences in how deep an atomizer 510 connector threads into the cap and for battery lengths. Not really a very good system. The latest version of the Infinite clone went with the screw within the screw design for adjustment. With this design you adjust the outer screw for the atomizer connector and the inner screw for battery lengths. A much better approach. I believe that either EHPro or hcigar has changed their clone design to this method also.

Whichever one you can find with the better top cap is which I'd recommend. Sorry I don't know which. The Caravela interests me enough that I keep a passing interest on posts about the clones but it's not my next planned purchase so I haven't followed carefully.
