Ive made about 10 different formulas

10% crunchberry
15% crunchberry

Both of those by themselves and with plain crunchberry

Working on a mix of

Ripe strawberry, raspberry, blueberry extra, cookie, sweetener and AP 2.5
That sounds like it might end up tasting like more of a fresh fruit pie. Still sounds good, let us know what it turns out like!

I did not know one on one was a reseller

From what Mike from OneOnOne said, they're not a reseller. I have a growing collection of their flavors, about 155 bottles, and while there are some similarities between FlavorWest and OneOnOne, there are quite a few flavors that are definitely not similar at all. I've compared a number of them to TFA, Capella's, Hangsen, Chinese blends, Inawera and some off the shelf flavoring; I don't know who they use as their primary, but it doesn't seem to be FlavorWest.

As a comparison, Cinnamon Roll from FlavorWest and Cinnamon Roll from OneOnOne are similar flavors, but different. FlavorWest comes off a bit stronger while the one from OneOnOne comes off slightly creamy and less harsh in terms of the cinnamon inhale & exhale. The same applies to the Cake (Yellow) and a number of other flavors (their cake is a different color, different taste as well). That doesn't meant they do not use FlavorWest for some, but the majority, based on comparisons, do not seem to be coming from there.

I am bringing this back to the top instead of opening another thread, but I am REALLY CRAVING a good Capt Crunch vape. A local B&M sells one, but of course I want a DIY recipe. So far, I am not seeing good reviews about the FW flavor. Has anyone seen or heard of a good recipe, either using the FW Capt Crunch, or even one that doesn't use it?

TFA now has a "Berry Crunch" flavor.
I've tried it at 10%.
It's actually quite good! Not "I saw the face of Elvis in my toast" good. But I'm working on getting it there.

I think my wording was incorrect... Ive done 10% crunchberry by itself, 10% regular by itself... As well as a slew of others. I have been working on a recipe which i think i can dial in... Steeping now :)

Have you tried higher than 15%? I've read that FW Flavors can take between 15% - 20% flavoring

the local B&M is probably selling the FW version (one flavor, simple recipe) Maybe the OP will try the FW Capt. Crunch at 20% and report back?

Everyone that I have heard/seen regarding the FW is saying that it is just the cereal portion of the flavor. The B&M juice here is the berry kind for sure! This juice is honestly really good. Im not usually much on our local juices, but this is worth the $7 for 10ml. :D

2 FW fruit flavors that come to mind that could be mixed with Capt. Crunch would be Yumberry or Razzleberry

Doesn't 20% seem pretty high to then have to add another flavor to, and if I am adding another FW, wouldn't that require 40% to be flavoring? I hope they have VG based flavors! :D

Cut down on the primary maybe 10-12% then add your fruits at 3-5% each.

There is no golden rule that anything but be a set perventage it's all a matter of taste. I have seen people share recipes where they dump 40% flavor in a bottle and call it an ADV. Whatever floats their boat although it works best to have around 20% or less but sometimes 25% actually works better. That's why some people pay for juice so they don't have to endure the hassle of finding what works and what doesn't.

I am currently working with FW Captain Crunch and think it is okay at best, So far with the 18 variations I have no going for it, I am about to give up hope on this flavor unfortunately. So far my best recipe which again I think is okay at best is FW Capt Crunch 10%, FW Strawberry 1%, TFA Blueberry 1% No name*recieved this flavoing from a friend in a 8ml sample bottle no labeling :/* Dragon Fruit 2%, TFA Belgian Waffle 1% , TFA Cinnamon Sugar Cookie 3%. Steeped 2 weeks, with a 60vg-40pg blend. I personally am not thrilled with it, it is vapeable, I have a few friends who think I am out of my mind and love it to death, and a few others who like me think its okay.

Have had this laying around have not tried it and can't remember where I got it from.
But it may give you something to work with.

Crunch Berries

Strawberry (Ripe) 10%
Cheese Cake w Graham Crust 5%
Bavarian Cream 6%
French Vanilla 2%

I am going to try this tonight, but I only have plain cheesecake, and graham cracker clear. Maybe 3% cheesecake and 4% graham cracker? Also probably add some blueberry.

Unfortunately, I don't have any cookie flavors. The rest on the list I have though. :D Maybe toss in "a pinch" of brown sugar? 2% maybe?

I mixed this up and is pretty good in the dripper right off the bat. Definitely has that cereal taste. I will give it a week to steep and try it again.
Strawberry Ripe TFA 6%
Blueberry Extra TFA 3 %
Bavarian Cream TFA 4 %
French Vanilla CAP 5 %
Cinnamon Danish Swirl CAP 1 %
NY Cheesecake TFA 1%
Graham Cracker Clear TFA 2%
Couldn't wait the week.
Kept thinking about what this tasted like when I first made it.
2 days steep and IMO this is really good! Can only get even better from here.
Forgot to mention I added about 4 drops of saline to a 15 ml batch.
