New to the vape seen, and I've noticed I can't use my PV more than 3 hours before bed because the nicotine screws with my ability to get to sleep... anyone else experience this? although on the upside if I vape as I wake up it works better than several cups of coffee!!
Same issues but I don't have to stop 3 hrs prior. 1 hr to an hr and a half maybe. I've had this issue with all forms of nicotine though: cigarettes, patches, gum etc so I hardly notice. It's a stimulant and for me my mind just won't shut up in the quiet of night so I end up just laying there thinking etc.
I don't really notice a difference on getting to sleep. Quality of sleep is a different story. I have really vivid dreams if I vape right before bed. Most of the time I don't tend to mind that though.
I don't have issues vaping before bed. When I was smoking, I had to have one before bed or I would lay there awake wanting one. I find it's the same thing with vaping. Sometimes I'll read for 15 to 30 minutes and have a few puffs from my 510 right there in bed. I find it very enjoyable. I do use a lower nic juice at night, though.
We bough our house in 2007, have never once smoked inside of it w/ an analog... w/ my PV however I bring it up to the bedroom and keep a bottle of juice, the pv, and an extra batt right next to me on the nightstand. I vape right until going to sleep for the evening and have it close by if I wake up in the middle of the night.
Most definately vape before bed for me. I always wind down with a nice new cartridge, or these days a topped off one, vape away and either read or watch the latest techie talk on a web stream or listen to Coast to Coast sometimes for a real blast I can't sleep if I don't.

I remember those from when I used patches and would forget to take it off when I went to sleep. It's like being inside of a movie you have no control over and you remember everything.
Haven't had that happen to me while smoking or vaping though.
I can't vote. I can't NOT vape before I go to bed.
But I do think that vaping nicotine has more of a stimulant effect than smoking it in commercial form with all the added chemicals.
Doesn't bother me at all to vape before bedtime. I can "chain vape" all day and I don't get wired at all. Sometimes I wish it did give me a little pick me up though.
I've had the same problem with the patch; if I didn't take it off, I either wouldn't be able to sleep or I'd have really bizarre dreams. And I always had to smoke an analog right before bed or I wouldn't be able to sleep, either.
However, I've found that vaping a lower nic content juice in bed while reading a good book is the perfect way to end the day; I can read for as long as I want and don't have to worry about getting back up and going back outside for another smoke.
No problems here vaping before bed, though I don't have much difficulty with drinking a cup of coffee before bed either . In fact, i think it's probably less of a deal for me, because I would have to go outside to smoke an analog before bed, and getting hit by a rush of cool air seems to be the quickest way to stay awake.
vape vape vape ... clean teeth ... vape some more .. lights out vape .. get into bed .. vape vape .... put my dummy down sleep ..... granted my first few months of vaping were on 36mg ... getting to sleep then was a tiny bit difficult ... now i'm on 18mg and theres no problem sleeping ... if i wake up too early i take a good few puffs on my dura and drift off to sleep ..used to have to get up and go to the window to smoke before
