I don't have issues vaping before bed. When I was smoking, I had to have one before bed or I would lay there awake wanting one. I find it's the same thing with vaping. Sometimes I'll read for 15 to 30 minutes and have a few puffs from my 510 right there in bed. I find it very enjoyable. I do use a lower nic juice at night, though.

I don't really notice a difference on getting to sleep. Quality of sleep is a different story. I have really vivid dreams if I vape right before bed. Most of the time I don't tend to mind that though.

I remember those from when I used patches and would forget to take it off when I went to sleep. It's like being inside of a movie you have no control over and you remember everything.

Haven't had that happen to me while smoking or vaping though.

I've had the same problem with the patch; if I didn't take it off, I either wouldn't be able to sleep or I'd have really bizarre dreams. And I always had to smoke an analog right before bed or I wouldn't be able to sleep, either.
However, I've found that vaping a lower nic content juice in bed while reading a good book is the perfect way to end the day; I can read for as long as I want and don't have to worry about getting back up and going back outside for another smoke.

No problems here vaping before bed, though I don't have much difficulty with drinking a cup of coffee before bed either . In fact, i think it's probably less of a deal for me, because I would have to go outside to smoke an analog before bed, and getting hit by a rush of cool air seems to be the quickest way to stay awake.
