Can sun spoil liquid?

So I have a bottle of e-cigarette refill juice, and usually it doesn't leave my room, however I knew I'd have to refill a cart today at work, so I took it to work and left it in my car.. now it tastes almost like rotten apples!

It's a minty flavored one.

The tempature in the car couldn't have exceeded 80 degrees here in New Jersey, However it could have been sitting in the sunlight all day.

Anyone else have anything like this happen?

oh that sucks, don't know what may have caused that! on the other hand I am sure you can find someone looking for rotten apple juice, someone was looking for skunk flavored the other day

I have had the same thing happen. But I am in AZ, so it was both heat and light. Car must have been at least 140 inside. I have friends here who have left their liquid in their car but it was in the glove box, so got hot, but no light and it was fine. Think it is the light more than the heat? Makes sense with the manufacturer warning to keep in a cool dry dark place.

I always keep my stored juice in the fridge. I have 6ml bottles that I keep on hand for use. I wouldn't leave them in my car if I thought it could get too hot. For one, I'd hate to have a bottle leak in my car and second, for the reason mentioned in the OP.

I even keep what's on my desk shielded from the sun somewhat. I wouldn't want juice to get too hot, either, but I think sunlight is worse.

I keep my extras in a little usb drive case. It keeps the sunlight off the liquids and is convenient for carrying extra flavors,attys, etc.

Ive kept juice in my car here in Texas where temps get really hot, but out of the sun, and haven't noticed any difference at all in taste..

From what I understand SUN is a killer.

well i've already ordered a new bottle due to the now, awful taste of fermented apples coming from what's supposed to be minty chocolate. I can't wait for it to get here!

I decided to go with Vanilla since it was finally in stock!

Anyone try the vanilla? oh and I'll be sure never to leave it in sunlight again!
