hmmmmmmm building duals without an ohm meter is like drag racing a AA fueler without a tach... POOF!!
can someone tell me what ohm this might be.

it is obvious by your TITLE you're not sure what resistance your
coil is pulling and just assembling blindly is the wrong way to go about it...
hold off till you have all the proper gear...

My RBA developed a hard short the other day, when I had done nothing except take it off one mod and put it on another.
Then the terminals of my new genesis-style RBA were loose. So I tightened them and by doing so created another hard short.
In both cases, the coils themselves were good and, in the first case, the problem was unexpected and invisible. So I would advise not only an ohm meter, but also a fuse or hot-spring. You would probably notice the mod get hot before it blew your teeth out, but why risk a battery, a mod and a burnt hole in the carpet?

"do not have a ohm meter" and "wanna be sure its safe" are mutually exclusive. We can't tell you squat from a distance what's going on with that build that concerns safety. Get a meter.
Theoretically your coil should be somewhere around 0.7 Ohm, according to my calculator. But that is just a crude and simplified model of reality. As everyone else has already said: You need to check your real life coil with a real life ohm meter. Please don't build blindly.
That's one hell of an attitude to cop when we are all just trying to help you out. If you were trying to run an 8 sec quarter mile and everyone was telling you to get a roll cage, would your attitude be the same? What about if you worked in a machine shop or manufacturing plant and everyone told you not to wear baggy clothing? We are all saying the same thing because a A METER IS A NECESSITY, NOT A CONVENIENCE.
What you are doing is Russian roulette. You can listen or you can think you know better (which you obviously don't if you're coming here asking what the resistance of your coil is). The only good thing is that when (not if) you hurt yourself, we have this thread to show the newspapers that we warned you and you didn't listen
There's lots of variables in winding a coil. Wire size and turns of a given diameter get you in the ball park, but only if you have some reference through measurement. The final resistance is only known exactly once you install it and break off the loose ends. You get into the ballpark by using an ohm meter and measuring at the two points where you will attach it to the mod.
"Buy an ohm meter" is good advice. It's the only way you can have confidence in your own personal safety before you hit the fire button and create a battery load. Walmart, Kmart, Harbor Freight, Northern Tools, and just about any national chain drug store have them on the shelves for $10 and up. The $10 model is sufficient for winding coils. Just remember to subtract the lead resistance when you measure.

I understand the feeling of not getting such an answer. Everyone here is all about safety from what I have seen and thats great!! but it is all they will talk about when it comes down to the new member forum, just for your safety. Dont get me wrong, I care about your safety too, I came in a new member more experienced than a new member, knowing full well about mech mods and ohms law and all the systems before I posted here, but when I did, I had a coil question myself, i couldnt stress enough how theoretical my question was and how I would never attempt it, it was just a question, but alas, i was battered with no help and only safety warning lable posts. They made some really good picture posts thoug, I like that. I had to post in new members to get started though. I feel sometimes you need just an answer to your question as well as knowing your risks. You are going to seek your answer by other means if not here anyway, am i right? I know I did. but yeah, just know your risks, its up to you to do it how you wish.Edit: I still love this community though, very helpful, very nice, understanding and up to speed on the latest and greatest.
