Can someone explain the juice color?

Me and my buddy ordered from the same vendor a couple times now and when we order a 5-10ml sample of juice it comes clear and tasting great.

But when we order 30ml+ the juice is sometimes a darker yellow color and doesnt taste as good as the smaller samples..Why would this happen? Isnt the juice made the same way no matter what size?

Maybe the supplier had used a different base when you first ordered. Have you ordered 5-10ml after the 30ml purchase and it was back to normal? I DIY my juice and the base used has a effect on my daily flavors drastically. Especially noticeable in the smoothness and quality of the vapor. One more thing is the shelf life of the VG/PG, I have read that when they get old that they yellow. I buy 30ml 36mg base as i need it for that very reason.

There are several reasons this can happen and lunchbox did outline one of them. And to explain that a little further, each batch of nicotine can have small differences in taste, also, once nicotine hits oxygen, it does turn color and gets darker but doesn't have a different taste. Another is the difference in the plastic between the small bottles and the 30ml bottles. The 30ml bottles are thicker and the liquid looks different through them. Also, if your liquid is hand mixed, imagine 1 extra drop of flavor in the 5ml bottle versus 1 extra drop of flavor in the 30ml bottle, +/- a drop or two is a big difference in the small one's but not something you would notice in a 30ml mix. It isn't something to worry about as long as you are using a reputable vendor. Hope that helped!

I get what your saying, and it makes sense. I just figured since they were from the same vendor and both being "dekang" juice, they would look the same. At first I was thinking the samples were authentic dekang, and the larger bottles were knock offs or something.

Correct me if i'm wrong but DeKang is from china, having said that "authentic" means nothing. Quality control in china has a different philosophy "sell so cheap a few bad ones is okay", try a US made juice vendor. Lots of quality juice vendors working hard to make a living and returning customers. We already send china enough money on products we don't have the option of buying American made, support America! Batteries and carto's are the only thing i have that is from china in my PV setup.

This comes up every week or so. For the record, Dekang is the largest juice maker in the world by far. Dekang and Johnson Creek are the only juice makers with pic/vid of clean manufacturing facilities, available at their websites and YouTube, which may or may not mean anything to some. I wouldn't touch the crappy counterfeit juices from China, but I feel better with Dekang and JC. Do you know exactly where and how your juice is made, being Made in USA? I'm not referring to any specific vendor, but anybody can throw up an e-commerce website. The Apple iPod is made in China, so it depends on the product, not country. JMO.

I hear what you are saying Justaguy, but i more so have an issue with sending china more of my money than i have to. Beyond that i would have to agree about any vendor making juice, part of the reason i DIY 90% of my juice. I would like to think that the USA PG VG i buy is as clean as i can get, and only order flavors that are "SAFE" to vape. I know not all products from china are garbage, but electronics are in a different group all together. Setting up shop to make the IC's and research is the expensive part of building electronics, the knowledge is what we pay for not the material. Don't even get me started on Apple. lol One thing i can say for sure is that I, as a veteran and proud American, would rather spend my money on quality products that cost more if it supports our economy. I shed blood for this land, i might as well support it the best i can.

Making juice is buying materials, mixing and bottling. Not much room for saving money in this department unless you get cheaper materials. I'm no expert but usually cheaper means less quality.
