Can anyone help me with my vape?

I have an issue with my Aspire CF VV+. I got the starter pack, and have had it for about 4 months. Everything was great until now, where it suddenly won't work. I'm only using what came in the kit, but the cf vv+ indicates a short. It flashes 3 times, over and over. It does this for about 5 minutes, then stops. But as soon as I press the button, it immediately starts again. It hasn't been damaged in any way, and I haven't done any kind of tampering. If I plug it into the charger, nothing happens. The light on the charger stays green, and the light on the vape does nothing different. Pressing the button when it's plugged in starts the 3 light cycle. It can't even be turned off. As long as it's flashing, it's completely unresponsive.

Any idea what could be wrong?

Have you tried contacting company you purchased from ?

I had a similar problem on a different battery, only a few weeks old. If I can remember, I removed the tank off the battery, where each connect, cleaned really good with alcohol/Q tip, afterwards worked like a charm.

If it detects a short it will blink only 3 times and then shut itself off. It won't blink repeatedly.

If it was exposed to a short it needs to be turned back on. Have you tried the 5 fast clicks to turn it back on?

Low battery will be orange blinking 15 times.

It sounds like what you are describing though is a battery that has had it's internal protection permanently tripped for some reason. I don't know what Aspire included with a kit - what kind of device was being used on it and do you know what coil resistance it was?

Sounds like the center pin has been pushed in and it won't charge. Get some tweezers or a small screwdriver and pry it back up. And stop tightening your tanks so hard.
