Brief order history...Ordered 15ml casablance, loved it. Ordered a 30ml REALLY loved it and ran out. So I ordered a 60ml then a few days later ordered a 30ml so I can keep it in rotation. My 60ml bottle was bad, harsh...tasted awful. So I contacted them and Deanna? said to send it back and it would be replaced. It took a week for me to get it into the mail due to my work schedule and I've never heard back from them at all. I have all the emails saved, once I mailed the bottle back that was it.I have emailed 3 times and not once got a response back. Is this common business practice with them or did they go out of business? I see the site is still up but I will not be buying from them anymore because if their doors aren't shuttered this isn't how you conduct business. Anyone know anything like this happening before?
