Burnt taste on charged battery

Isopropyl isn't meant to be ingested or vaped. If you do use it, you'd have to make sure that all of it has dried away, especially within the wicks.

Hot water would be a better choice.

I use 151 proof PGA. 190 proof isn't legal in my state. Standard Vodka would do too, which also doubles as ... Vodka :D

Some people have reported success with denture cleaner, and it's pretty cheap.

Gotcha. I'll try water first.

the guy in that video is hilarious, i can't work out if he's trying to be funny or not. the end with the sunnies taking a vape is worth a 1000 halo points

He is trying, and I'll emphasize trying, to look cool. But he comes off sounding like a male Martha Stewart.

LOL. I have seen several videos this guy has done. When you mentioned the sunglasses, I knew exactly who it was without even watching the video. I watched and sure enough it was him. He seems like....... a ....er. :D

HAHAHA! same here, I knew exactly who it was before clicking. I......I kinda like the fellow! At least he's enthusiastic, with a sunny disposition. IndoorSmokers on youtube also makes some fairly interesting videos. I love the vaping community.

yeah, I'm not hating on him. good on him. but it's still amusing.
I wouldn't be able to do a video, so it's a bit unfair of me, he can't make a comment on mine.

i wouldn't be able to do a video either....court order.

long story, but really, if they dont want that many otters in one place attempting a sing-a-long of favorite Captain and Tennille songs, then they should post a sign. just sayin'.

Yep, this happens to me all the time with one specific battery.

If you take short drags on it for a little while, it will be back to normal.

Everything you all said made sense and I have been wondering why that happens.

Well you all answered that question so now I know it isn't just me.

The more you read here, the more you learn.

Thanks again guys for your posts.

i had 2 brand new batteries, 1300mah, that would work for a few hours then die. couldn't turn them on with 5 clicks, nothing.
I contacted customer service. there's not much else to do.
just to be clear, this problem battery is a problem with more than one tank? even if it was just one tank, if you try and draw too much power out if it, ie a short, it should blink an error code, not die completely.
I guess also check the centre pin on the tank is right in the middle

Well, at first the tank worked on my vv and spare triton Batt. After I posted that, the tank shorted all my batteries. The vv just blinked a few times, my other triton lit of a sec, them died. I'm going to take the tank apart, clean with soft boil water, and change the coil. Hopefully it's just a bad coil, I have been using the same ones that came with the triton.
