So I just arrived in LA yesterday and finally got my hands on this thing. Its a nice little device, very light as I'm sure most members on here who actively watch this thread would know.

I got mine in black, its not really a black black more of a faded color due to the nature of its material.

This is my first ever yihi chip device (specifically the sx350j v2) and have to say it took some time to figure out how to navigate through the menus. I like how you're able to do everything on the device (unlike the dna200) but don't like how the menu isn't as easy to navigate as the DNA200.

The device, ordered early April, came shipped with the 2.206 firmware (gingervaper has the 2.208 version available).

Have a quick Q regarding the configurations and swapping b/t power and temp mode. I noticed that if I set M1 to TC and M2 to VW, the mod stays in either TC or VW depending on which configuration I had and I have to manually go into the menus setting and change the Joules / Wattage section. Is this normal?

I believe that the "M" setting only remembers the Joules - nothing else. The 'config' settings may recall more but I've never used them (I don't have my device handy for reference).

At more pedestrian settings (Joules/power) the single 26650 ought to last as long as a dual 18650 mod. However I've found that at higher output the battery droop from the 'Boxer' branded 26650's as well as others I've tried negate whatever mAH gain the 26650 might of been offering and run time is similar to single 18650 mods at the same output levels.

Thanks. Yes I figured out that theres a Config (C1-5) and a Memory (M1-5). So theres no way to cycle through the Config without going into the menu is there...

And you're right, this thing is really power hungry (vs again the DNA200 chip). ALOT of battery sag at least according to the battery indicator.

with the boxer 26650 batteries I'm getting about 22000J. Battery voltage is at 3.65 but the battery sag is just too much, mod is barely producing any vapor now.

Was wondering what some of you guys were getting and which 26650 battery you're using.

I'm using basen 4500mah 26650's in mine and all is okay.

While I've gotten ~40K Joules out of three different types of batteries it was not with high wattage builds mounted! 30-40J dual coil builds cause way to much battery sag/droop to get much more run time than my old SXminiM does with a LG HG2 installed. (~20K Joules)

Me thinks that the capacity of 26650 batteries could be over stated as much as the advertised (and on package) CDR.
