Hello,
I am 100% new to vaping. I have been slowly trying to quit smoking cigarettes and am down to only a couple per day. After I finished my last pack I decided not to buy another and to buy a vaping system instead. I went into the vape store across the street from my apartment and I told the guy that I was quitting smoking and wanted something with a LOW nicotine content—something lower than what I was currently smoking. He pointed me to the Myle system. I asked repeatedly if a puff of this would be less nicotine than a puff of a cigarette. He insisted that it was WAY less. I purchased that system and have been smoking it the last day or so. But then when I went to research I am finding that 5% nicotine content in a .9ml cartridge (which I THINK is about 50mg of nicotine per cartridge? but I might be wrong?) is WAY more nicotine than what I had been smoking with cigarettes -- online it says 50mg is recomended for people who smoke TWO PACKS PER DAY.
Have I been duped? Should I get rid of the Myle system? am I essentially smoking 2 packs per day right now? (have probably smoked about half a cartridge in the past day and a half?)
I really would appreciate some advice. I'm pretty upset but I actually really liked this system so I am hoping someone will tell me that it's an equivelent amount of nictotine to a few cigs a day?
Thanks!!!
