My biggest concern so to speak is how weak one tea bag in 180 ML's would be and sure about the size of a cup of tea but not much room add much more bases or another flavor. Now do not take this like I am some expert because this would be my first attempt at natural extraction.

I found a Cherry Blossom Tea flavor I thoroughly enjoyed during 100°F Summer Heat Waves last year! I am looking for a bottle to try making a concentrate but wondering if it is safe to vape tea.
I wondered the same thing but after seeing a few tobacco posts figured why not. I'd stay away from herbs like valarian, sage and yohimbe.

I would do 2oz of vg to a tea bag or use 1 tsp of loose leaf tea in a jar with lid

TFA makes:
Earl Grey Tea
Earl Grey Tea II (no/low alcohol version)
Green Tea
Black Tea
Black Tea Deluxe ("Premium" version)
Chai Tea
Chai Tea II (no/low alcohol version)
Sweet Tea
(all can be found here)

I have personally used the Earl Grey, Green, and Black (not the "Deluxe). The Earl was very good with a strong note of the bergamot essence. The Green was also very good; though it reminded me more of a basic "Lipton" type of tea vs. the lighter, more floral, "green" tea. But that could be because I was using too much. The Black (non-Deluxe) was just plain nasty and have read many posts of others who have had similar results (perhaps that is why they came out with the "deluxe" version... which I have yet to try).

These are synthetics so there is no worry about contaminants from botanical matter or micron filtration.
