The whole back part of the.bottom is broke off. The door still on there but it has nothing to latch on to. Hell you can put batteries in it and hold the door close and still use lol. Here's more pictures with the screen on. That metal C is what the battery door latches on to. That was screwed into to the plastic on the battery tray. The plastic broke hence the gap. I wish there was a way to fix it. I've had it about 13 months and I love am probably going to buy another one just like.
