I have generally found myself suffering from dry mouth. Now that I switched from smoking to vaping it has continued but much better than it was with smoking (ughh don't get me started lol). I wad curious if anyone else get real dry mouth after vaping? Has any tried Biotene? helped with the issue of dry mouth?

Vaping causes a dry mouth. A dry mouth remedy product will not help much. I have taken this route with my dentist and it was a decided failure.
The vapor created, particularly by the PG (Propylene Glycol) simply sucks up moisture that would normally exist in your mouth.
It does get better over time as you get used to vaping.
I needed large sodas in the early days. These days can almost vape without extra water/drinks. I couldn't smoke without a drink. My mouth is still dry, but my GP (Medical Practitioner) assures me I don't have a health condition.

Hi Fiesty. I found that when I started vaping, I needed a lot more water intake than when I smoked. Dry mouth is a continuous problem for me even tho I drink 2-4 liters a day. Of water, coffee, soda, beer don't count. I use Biotene when my mouth is exceptionally dry with success, especially at night. Good luck.

Biotene works for a short period, but wears off too quickly for my liking. I’ve had the best luck with mints. I tuck them in my cheek at night to avoid waking up with cotton mouth and use them throughout the day as well. The best brands that I’ve found are 3M theramints that I get on amazon and epic dental mints that iherb dot com has the best prices on but Amazon sells those as well. They sell gum too but it losses its flavor way to fast. Epic’s peppermint is best and their fruit flavored mints taste great but aren’t as good as peppermint for dry mouth. I’ve bought many brands and researched this extensively and there is many brands that are a waste of money. If you stick with these brands you should be happy. Good luck, I know how frustrating dry mouth can be, I used to chug water all day with little to no lasting effect. Hopefully these mints will help you.

Sugar free lozenges or candy. I have dry mouth anyway but yes I needed to up my liquid intake (which I actually didn't believe was possible). Over time, I adjusted, but I do use biotene at night, it doesn't work that well during the day as it wears off quickly while vaping. Upping water intake should help and your system will adjust.

There are various "herbal" lozenges that are said to treat dry mouth, I've tried a few but they don't seem to do much more than any other lozenge, meaning having something in your mouth will generate saliva. You could try a few and see if your response to them is different?

Would pay special attention to:
Section 2: Vaping-related issues,
V2. Cottonmouth
