Hi guys. I was wondering about flavor testing. Say you get a juice sample or something and you're trying to find a new flavor to enjoy. How do you test it with the least amount of money down the drain (it all comes down to money)? There's attys, cartos, rebuildables, and I'm sure others but my attys are $9 a piece and I am worried about wasting a wick in my Phoenix (even though that's probably the most cost effective way) and I don't buy cartos so I just wondered what you guys do. Maybe you know something I don't or maybe you'll make me feel better about using what I've already bought.

3 drops in a atomizer hands down you quickly vape it away and try a new one. When the flavors get muddled blow out the atty from the threaded end into a paper towel and go again. When you first get a new one if you have it break it in with unflavored juice and it will help.

Attys that are both bridgeless and wickless work best for this in my experience. They can be purchased. 2 drops, taste, blow and shake out, rinse with warm water, blow and shake out, and switch flavors.

If the flavor gets an off-taste, just rinse it under a faucet a few seconds and blow it out. Honestly, I just don't get all the cleaning rituals. I guess I'm either just lucky or not that sensitive.

And yes the new ones have a primer liquid in them. You should blow those out into a tissue before use, and they'll still taste a bit off until you've burned a few drops of some good juice through it. Sometimes you can just blow out an atty before changing flavors and that will work fine. I'll do that if I'm too lazy to get up and rinse one out.

I haven't been in the game for a while so I don't know if there is currently a place to buy a bridgeless or wickless atty or even remember how to make them.

Also yeah I always blow out the primer liquid. I just worry if I wanna test a strong flavor that the atty will never be able to be used for anything else and then if I don't like it I've essentially wasted that money.

Lol I'm definitely making it into a bigger deal than it is. That's why I needed a little input =)

That's why I keep the unflavored juice. He rinses with water I run the unflavored same destination just a different path to get there. That and I vape unflavored most of the time. So I have about a liter of it around and at .04 a ml the price can't be beat.

I'm not a big fan of dripping except for tasting new juices before a tank or carto fill. I've had very good luck with the Vision 2.8 ohm bridgeless atties. They usually run about $7.99 and seem to last a long time. Googling Vision 2.8 bridgeless should get you some vendors.

I clean mine by:
Drop in just-boiled water for 5 minutes.
Drop in PGA or closest equivalent (I use California's version of Everclear, which is 150 proof) for 5 minutes.
Dry burn until you get a nice even glow.
If necessary, repeat all the above once.

I've never had a flavor not come out of an atty. for "normal flavors simply blowing it out is sufficient. For "strong" flavors you might need to blow it out then rinse with water and or vodka. I will occasionally dry burn after rinsing. Of course running some unflavored through it between flavors can help too. All in all dripping on an atty is by far the best way to test juice IMHO.
