May 5th I mixed my 1st tobacco flavors, as of today they are not that good. I am hopeing after 2-3 wks they'll get better. I made all 5ml batches just incase I had to toss them.

Mtype Premium (TFA)
555 Type DK C(TFA)
Virginia Fire-Cured (SM)
The 4th batch I made I used 2 drops each of the above flavors

3 have a unpleasent smell, the Vir. Fire Cured batch doesn't have much of a smell or taste so I added 4 more drops to the 5ml batch
I have tried TPA and flavorart tobaccos. I cannot get past the perfume/artificial taste. I use the super-concentrated tobaccos like those mentioned (vapingzone & ecigexpress). I find the Hangsen tobacco flavoring to be a flavorful tobacco taste. Good luck on your diy journey. :)

All tobacco flavors I've tried w/ the exception of double Ry4 (which I actually prefer fresh at 5%) and this Boba clone that a member on here posted (which is a mixture of tobacco and other flavors) all required at least a week before they were even close to vapable. Some, RY4 (not double) takes 3-4 weeks!! I love my tobaccos but that part sucks. I have no patience whatsoever.
For those VZ Super concentrate veterans... what percentages of the flavors do you find work best for you. I know they are supposed to start at 2.5% but TPA says 5% on their flavorings. I've tried well over 40 different flavors from them and out of ALL of them, Double Ry4 is the only one I vape at 5%

Straight out of my notes. I'm not vaping it if it doesn't have tobacco in it. Those are my findings in there yours might be different. And there are only 2 that don't automatically get combined with some form of TA. Throat hit for that.
Those are starting numbers, not necessarily what I'm going to put in a mix, but very very close. Some of them however to my taste if your using them at higher percentages than I am U DA MAN. I am a ex 2PAD Menthol Filtered Cigar Smoker. Need I say more about how much tobacco flavor I like? But there are lot's of people that use percentages on stuff I've got down there that there is no way I'd put that much of anything much less tobacco in. To me those ought to taste like sucking directly on a tobacco plants roots. M Type and Desert Ship get combined with others alot and they are flat tobacco flavors not sweet. + means stars.

FLAVOR ART

Desert Ship PG 1% ++++
Maxx Blend PG 1% ++++ Sweet

I did allot of research on tobacco flavors, and I guess to each his own. Some say certain flavors are good, while others say that same flavor taste bad. So with that said, how is anyone able to find a good one without trying everything.

The flavor mixes I mixed above have now steeped 3 wks. The only one I care for is the Vir.Fire. As I say I added 8 drops(from a 1ml plastic pipette which I got approx 40 drops/ml). It isnt to bad, one guy at the bar said it smelt like a cigar. It does have a slight perfume taste.

Bottom line, from all the reading I have done. Most say there is no flavor made that taste 100% like a cigarette. Some also say if you add other flavors the tobacco is good. But to me if you add flavors then its not a true cigarette tastes, it would be more like a flavored cigar or pipe tobacco.

The only reason I want to find a tobacco flavor is I thought it might help me quit real cigs, I smoke around 9-12/week. Just can't kick the real cig habit, no matter what mg strength I make. So I guess I'll keep up the search for a real cig flavor that taste/smells like a real cig, if there is such a thing.
