I was thinking of buying a MTL rda that is a BF so I can squonk and use it on my Luna and other Squonkers. After some research I came across the Berserker MTL rda V2 and the Vapefly Galaxies MTL RDA, both are BF. If the bans ever happen and go into effect I will be able to use 24mg juice as in Tribeca by Halo and still be able to use my Squonkers. In the past I had the Berserker MTL RTA. One thing that I didn't like about it was that sometimes no matter how I wicked it I would still get dry hits and I literally tried like five to ten times in a row and I'm experienced in building and wicking. Would I see these issues with the Berserker V2 BF? Which one of these do you recommend overall? Thank you very much for your time and have an amazing day :)

I do not have the berserker V2, but I do have some of the original (18mm) berserkers (authentic and clones) and like them just fine. You aren't going to have the wicking issues you might experience with an RTA when squonking an RDA ... you squonk and the wick gets saturated, have a few vapes and squonk/saturate again (but forget to squonk and you'll get dry hits ... but that's not a wicking issue).

I also have the Vapefly Galaxies RDA (several in fact, and just got a couple more), and it is one of my favorites for squonking --- it does have a relatively shallow deck, and can certainly be oversquonked, but a bit of practice and that isn't an issue.

Alternatively, the Cthulhu 1928 (my other favorite) has a deep well and is much less prone to oversquonking (and also functions well as dripper due to those deep wells).

Authentic Galaxies can be found for 11-12 bucks, and the 1928 for around 15 (that's what I paid at efun.top recently at any rate).

Sorry I can't provide any real info the Berserker V2 ... I just haven't pulled the trigger on that one yet.

I don't have the Berseker but I do have the Galaxies RDA and it's got great flavor.. probably my favorite alongside the KRMA, they both have top notch qualities.

As mentioned above, with squonking if you get a dry hit it's your own fault, because you squonk to keep your wick saturated.

I have the Beserker 18 RDA and a Galaxies RDTA, both have very good flavor. I prefer the Galaxies for build design and love the small base tank, this one never sits on the atty stand, just make sure you do not stuff the wick feed holes too tight.

The Galaxies RDTA sits on an atty stand with No problems at all, I have 2 sitting pretty in there stands right next me:p
I think you need new atty stands:D

Between the Berserker V2, Vapefly Galaxies and the Cthulhu 1928, which one can I squeeze the squonk bottle more without the juice going through the airflow holes?

The Galaxies has a juice return drain hole into the tank...this one does not leak....the Beserker RDA can be over squonked and leak. The Galaxies bottom tank is like a visual juice well, you know when to squonk and how much, very cool.

You are talking about the Galaxies RDTA, which is also a good vape and is squonkable, whereas, up to now, we've been discussing the original Galaxies RDA.

I did find a good deal with the Galaxies RDTA. As far as that RDTA are there dry hits and I'll need to squonk constantly? I had a bad experience with the Berserker RTA.

Well, it operates as an RDTA ... you squonk to fill the tank, wick saturation will depend more on your wicking ---stuff the wick holes too tight and it won't feed well, too loose and the deck can have a tendency to flood when tilted.

I've used the Galaxies RDTA for a few months now and never had a dry hit.
The tank holds 2ml, so you don't need to squonk often at all:D

When it comes to the Berserker I tried to wick it like ten times. Thicker cotton, less cotton, longer tails, shorter tails, different methods of rolling up the cotton before putting it in etc. Nothing seemed to work and no matter what I did I got dry hits. Some tanks are made better and are less prone to dry hits.

Your easiest bet since you have had wicking issues with tanks, is to get the RDA and not the RDTA..

You can pick one up at Fasttech for 19 with minimal to no shipping cost if your willing to wait.. that's not a bad price.
