Is it my cynical imagination or have you been camping out in NM and TX while the rest of the country has had to deal with the crappy winter weather?

Must have just got lucky with those deliveries :)

Just making up for last winter.

3 or 4 more perfect winters to go before things start evening out.

And I DO mean perfect.

I swear from Nov to the last week of March last year, I didn't see anything that wasn't ice and snow covered.

Last year, I could give you a weather report based solely on your proximity to my route.

If you were near where I was headed it was time to stock up on french toast ingredients and batten down the hatches.

Tonight we have some cubed pork, basil, snap peas, baby bella mushrooms, baby carrots, a clove of garlic and shredded radishes smothered in Marzetti ranch veggie dip. Yum!

LOOKS scary, though.

Yes, I agree.

That was cubed chuck beef, a garlic clove, cherry tomatoes, snap peas, baby carrots, baby bella mushrooms, chives, shredded radishes and some Emerils essence.

Happy to oblige...

When I cook on the grill, the grease empties into the bottle.

When I cook in the slow cooker, it's in a bag. I remove the bag, cut a little slit and it drains into the bottle.

When the bottle gets full, I put the cap back on discard and replace with a new bottle.

Suuuuuure.[emoji14]

"Tonight we have some cubed pork, basil, snap peas, baby bella mushrooms, baby carrots, a clove of garlic and shredded radishes smothered in Marzetti ranch veggie dip. Yum!" Curious, do you actually fess up to other truckers about what you're eating?
This is what the Crock pot looks like when she's doing her dirty magic...

She's bolted down of course. The straps and towel help to keep the mess in check.

And of course there's the Crock pot bags I cut in half to use twice. Those and baby wipes make it all possible.

Baby wipes?! What happens in the cab stays in the cab, right? Or right up until you post it on a public forum.

You see a pattern too?

Glad to see things are still rolling along. Sorry I haven't been around. Haven't even on ECF a lot lately, sometimes life gets nasty. Beck, glad things are still going well for you. Could you please nab that Range Rover for me next time you're there?

Ah, the beautiful scenery of Delaware

:D

Hey -- Delaware has some nice scenery -- just not around Wilmington.

Indeed. I 95 is probably the absolute worst place to get a feel for Delaware.

I'm actually fond of Delaware, it's been very good to me. My wife grew up in Dover :)

:thumb:

Is Mike's Famous Harley Davidson Diner there in Wilmington anymore?
We stopped for a pretty good overpriced burger with great atmosphere :thumb:

Haven't the foggiest. I just pass through. Often, but never off the highway. (In Wilmington)

@FlamingoTutu HiYee :waves:

Missed you.

P.S.
For the record, I just went through nearly 48 hours of storm. Most of the ride, getting a pic might have meant imminent death.

Soooo... after pics continue to paint a picture of perfect - ish weather.

We saw Mike's from the highway so we took the exit and ate a burger.
We also stopped at a topless diner for "Breakfast All Day!" in NC or SC somewhere.
Topless breakfast is recommended :thumb:

BTW - The busty waitresses husband is that scary biker guy in the kitchen. be aware.
