If I have batteries that are fully charged, but keep them plugged into the chargers while using the spares, does it hurt them to keep them plugged in for more than a day or so? In other words, is the life of the battery lessened by keeping it plugged in between uses? Should I be unplugging them once they're fully charged or dosen't it matter?

You don't state what kind of batteries your talking about here. For the most part though you should pull them off the charger either way. If they are something like an AW18650 or anykind of Li-ion Batt the charger will start to charge them once the charge lowers again, like a trickle charge process I believe. Anyway it is a fire hazard to leave batts in a charger unattended so it's not a good idea to do this. I would also think if you just left them in all the time it wouldn't be good for the Batt Life.

While the batteries won't necessarily drain if left on the charger longer than it takes to charge them, it really isn't necessary to leave them in all the time. You really only get drain on the battery if it is connected to the atomizer when not in use. My advice is once they are charged, take the batteries off the charger and leave them unconnected to an atomizer/cartomizer.
