Battery Designs non-LED

Hi I'm new here. But I have a question/suggestion.

Have any of the e-cig companies developed a battery WITHOUT an LED on the end? Or with an on/OFF LED switch?

It occurred to me today after reading about the NEW and IMPROVED PCC Charger Kits that don't light up the LED anymore that my battery would last much longer if it did not have to power up the LED every drag. you know?

I'll bet the battery would last 40% longer without the LED switched on if it was just producing vapor.

there are LED less 510s....but honestly LEDs take such a minimal amount of the power that it wouldn't last much longer at all...nothing noticeable anyway

Volcano also has L88Bs with no LED, and there are plenty of bigass e-cigs like the riva/ego/whatever you wanna call it with no LED.

Weird, I was under the impression that LEDs weren't a big power drain in general, hence the rush to replace every other light source with them. But I guess the ultra bright ones have to take more energy.

The only reason to not have an led would be 'stealth' vaping, or just because you don't like it lighting up, no real batt life improvement...
