I have an old istick pico with an eleaf MELO III tank I decided to buy a new atomizer for it. Worked for two days without a problem then I charged it and it went off. Now it only works with the usb cable on and the display shows "Atomizer Low".
I tried:
- Cleaning the battery and tank contacts on the mod
- Making a new coil
- Using a paper to lift the tank a bit up

And the mod still doesn't work without the usb cable

Hi,
The Pico is a removable battery device.
Please tell us what brand and model of battery you are using and it's age, if known.
If you have not replaced the battery in a year or two, it may be time to do so.
Hope that helps.

I have efest IMR 18650 3000mA

Efest batteries are not very highly regarded here; besided, as Izan suggested, they may be old. I suggest you consult this chart and choose any of the batteries recommended by Mooch. Also, read his blog--very educational. I don't know where you live, but do try to get a new battery from the chart below.

It sounds like your battery has given up and is no longer charging. It's working when you use the USB because it's working in bypass mode.
Take the old battery out and put a new one in, that should resolve your problem.
As @Katya has said, Effest are not the most reliable, they are rewraps.
Use the chart to identify which battery you want to use. The Pico is a 75w max device, so if your vaping near the high end of the watts you would need to choose a battery capable of having a CDR value of around 25A plus. The Molicel and Samsung 20S are good batteries as is the Sony VTC5.

Your problem could stem from many different causes.
    Could contact:
Local B&M Vape Shop (Visit)/someone who knows what their doing -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor may help).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.
