bottom coil clearo's tend to flood because the coil is at the bottom and there's a hole for the liquid to go down to the coil.

The longer you use an atomizer head in the clearo, the more likely it is that it will flood and get excess liquid into the center tube.

To reduce flooding in a bottom coil clearo you can store it upside down when not in use; shouldn't make a difference with a fresh coil head.

I only ever get a bit of condensation on the battery connection when using ego threaded tanks (PT3 Mini & Aero Mini). I've had 2 Nautilus Minis for about 6 weeks and never had any condensation or juice on the battery top, and so far rotating 2 coils on each and all 4 still going strong.
I do however get condensation in the drip tip of All my tanks. I expect that and understand the cause, so I just dry it out 2 or 3 times a day.

Won't fix the problem, but this seems to minimize it:

While you refill, stand the bottom part with the atomizer upside down and the drip tip on a paper towel
Wipe all excess juice off the drip tip's o-ring and any external parts of the tank carefully
Make sure your atomizer and all parts of the tank are screwed in properly
Use a pipe cleaner to get excess juice and condensation out of the tip and conduit of the tank on a daily basis
Clean the contacts of your mod and the tank with a q-tip
If you get even just a tad of gurgling, blow through the air hole to push the juice up and clean the air passage with a pipe cleaner (or just stand it upside down)
If it gets hot, stand your mod upside down to prevent leakage as the juice will be more liquid than usual and might expand

All good daily practices IMO
