I really enjoy mega carts. I live in Australia, and order from China, and while the old style 510 carts come pre-filled with cotton, (and sometimes juice,), all the mega carts I've bought have been empty and do not have any cotton in them. I'm having to take cotton out of the smaller 510 carts and put them into the mega cart. This seems odd. Is anyone else having this issue, or have a better idea for how to fill the cart with a material that will hold juice?

That is odd. They should have filler inside that holds the juice. Check out the mod forums and there are plenty of things you can use as filler. If I were you I would find another vendor to buy my carts from. I have heard of people using blue foam, fluval. All of these are fish aquarium filters. Search the boards for eGo mega cart mods and you should find what you're looking for. hope this helps
The only time I've received one with out filling is when I ordered an atty. Some do come prefilled with juice but all should come with filler.
