If you own a Duke, what batteries do you use? Fogsauce suggested the Obtronic SX22, wondering what other batteries are a good fit for the mod as I need to buy more.

There is no info on Goss' site or on the sites that sell the mod but I know there are suggested batteries and ones not to use, i.e. the new high amp flat tops. I would imagine the AW IMR 18650s would be fine but not sure if the 2000 or 1600mah version due to amps.

You can check this page for amp output capacity on different batteries commonly used for vaping:
Taste Your Juice | BATTERY INFORMATION
If you ask me I'd try to get the efest purple with a max output of 35 amp and a generous 2500mah capacity. If you have to choose IMRs I'd stick to the 1600 because of its rated 24 amp output.
Anyway the Duke is a regulated mod so any battery should be safe to use.

I had a Duke and used those Orbtronics. They work great. I got a day no problems. Not sure how long they actually last because I charged my batts every night. Amazon.com: Orbtronic Two 18650 Protected 2900mAh Li-ion Rechargeable Batteries Button Top with PCB - NEW Dual Protection Version Panasonic 2900mAh cell inside: Electronics The 2900 mah is all the rage for the Dukes now. Remember to rotate those batteries and keep them paired bud. Enjoy you Duke. I sure as hell did.
