After 18 months of vaping exclusively, I have the Billow, a few different Orchid incarnations and a few RDAs and have tried super sub ohm fog machines but at the end of the day i prefer a 1.2-1.5 ohm kayfun build at 15 or so watts with mouth to lung hits. Its still kinda analog style but it works for me. Whatever works for you to keep the tobacco away is the best vape setup. In 35+'years of smoking, i never remember lung hitting being an option unless you wanted to cough your eyeballs out of the sockets

The cloud chasing I see around, is like how some women dress and put on make up to impress other women...
Needless to say, cloud chasing does not appeal to me and of course I had to try..and I don't need to be impressed on.
I surmise it to be just a passing fad.
but then again you have your radicals out there..

This is funny and true. It is truly a contest, no less. I still find it fun to play that game a little bit (I currently own a TOBH and have an Atlantis/50watt mod on the way), but I also realize that it's not what's important or even what I prefer. It's just part of the hobby side of vaping.

At first I was just happy to quit smoking, the ego's and evods were a bessing. Then came rebuildable's, and the clouds, lol. That was a short lived phase, I still get very nice vapor production, but no longer care about clouds. I'm more concerned about flavor and vape quality. I think a lot of people go through stages as they progress.

I play around with build for lung inhales from time to time with my rda's but it's not my all day vape. I do it for the hobby aspect since I enjoy vaping.

For staying off cigs, I'm plenty satisfied with my kayfun (1.4 ohm single coil) and Silo tank (with the nautilus BVC coils) doing mouth to lung hits at around 13-15watts. They are both a little airier than a cigarette but that's ok.

I ordered one too. It took me a long time to get "into" lung hitting and I like it, but I find myself now going back and forth on my work rig (MVP2.0 and Nautilus) between lung hits and mouth to lung. Lung hits when I need nicotine and mouth to lung when I just want that feeling of smoking with the throat hit. This combo helped me reduce my nic level from 12mg to 6.

I am surprised that so many folks here are still on Genesis style atomizers. If it works for you than great, but KF clones and their variants (Orchid, Billow, etc) are so cheap now and work so much better it's just a surprise. Whatever keeps you off the real thing though.

Once you know - and I mean really know - how to build a Genny, nothing compares.
Too many people though that having to tilt it, or not being able to chain vape them was a part of Genesis atomizers. Its not.
I have yet to find an atomiser that can compete with a well built genny for my vaping needs.
