I just received my Brand new Chrome Black Silver Bullet yesterday. I was so excited to get my first mod. When I opened it i was just amazed how it looked and felt. The only problem is that there were 3 minor scratches on the finish. Kinda disappointed but they were so small that I didnt feel like causing a fuss or asking for a refund because I love the mod so much. Please check the mods before you ship them Altsmoke so I can enjoy a mint mod before I put my own scratches on it. Only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5.

What was your ticket number?

I have heard back re: my ticket a very straight and to the point response. My new Yeti battery will ship out with an envelope for the bad one. Said nothing of an attomizer I mentioned that did not last very long, although I would not blame altsmoke for the manufacturing of course.

I have to lower my rating to 2/10. I had a bad battery, sent me out a wrong replacement (auto instead of manual) They have responded to some of my troubles, just not in a timely manner, and not with proper replacements. I will not be ordering from them again, which is a bit of a shame because I really enjoyed their vanilla juice. I am waiting to hear about an RMA on my Yeti kit.

When my husband and I decided to go with a big battery mod we chose the Omega and we have been very happy with it. We only started vaping this past July. When we got the units, we had an issue with some of the cartomizers being DOA so we called your customer service department. The guy on the phone was extremely helpful and after testing them all (with him on the phone), it was determined that they were dead and asked us to summit a ticket. Shortly after that, I got an e-mail saying to ship them back so I did. Less then a week later, we received new cartomizers and we haven't had a problem since. Your products are built to last and that why I continue to order from you. It's wonderful knowing that I'm dealing with a company that not only makes great products, but stands by them as well. Rob, Chad, & the whole AltSmoke team, keep up the wonderful job you are doing. You now have a customer for life. Thank You :)

I will bump my customer experince back up a few notches, sure I got some bad and wrong product, but I got a very kind Email from Rob and one I get my refund back I will be a happy camper. Even though I got a buzz pro coming, I would not hesitate to make the SB my next quality PV. So pre refund I wil bump them back up to 5/10 and post refund back up to a 8/10.

God SBs are nice PVs!

I must say that it is a pleasure to deal with Altsmoke. Having the convenience of placing orders by phone and actually talking to someone puts Altsmoke above the rest of the pack. Rob and Chad run a solid buisness with solid products. Tyler is great to deal with when placing orders be phone!

5 stars all around from me!
