Sorry I did not read the whole thread. You bought a caramel vanilla tobacco - that is what RY4 is. Some RY4s are very sweet, some less sweet. If you want a nutty pungent not sweet tobacco Try FreedomSmokeUSA Desert Ship - reminds me and many of a freshly opened pack. And I've heard their RY4 is a not sweet one though that doesn't mean it will have much tobacco flavor. They have the largest selection of tobaccos. try some.

Awesome! Thank you guys very much. I appreciate the info. I have several bottles of juice at the moment, but all of them are very sweet and/or fruity. Everything from cotton candy to fruit stripe gum...lol. I've kinda gotten tired of all the sweets. I've been craving a nice tobacco taste and now I have several good suggestions to check out.

Use high PG for somewhat less sweetness. I use 80PG/20VG. When I used atomizer I used 70PG/30VG. Both PG and VG are sweet but I think VG is sweeter. And you have to smell the vapor because no matter what the flavor is, your tongue can only taste sweet, salty, bitter, sour and umami (msg). of those, sweetness is most likely to be in vapor if you only pay attention to the taste on your tongue. Just like the food, most of the distinctive flavor is in the aroma.

Trapped within my imagination
I was just like you when I first started lol... Relentlessly searching for a non sweet liquid..They all tasted like grandpas pipe tobacco smelled ugh ( and when you're trying to cut down/switch from analogs)..Last thing I wanted was sweet tobacco juice = what analog tasted sweet?...

(Keeping in mind that after about a yr of vaping I relapsed and just recently returned a few months back)The first time around I vaped dankang/china liquid> Winston (analog feel, no strong dominate flav/ non sweet, my fav at that time) or Dunhill (not sweet but lil too rich for all day) and basic cigar flav ( good analog type feel but dry)

Although most cigar juices aren't sweet..I've found they tend to be pretty robust/rich and dry tasting for all day (I've not tried the new ones out now)...I personally didn't care for the Turkish blend because it had a "strange" spicey taste to it ( And I like spicey vapes lol)But many love it..

This time around, after alot of different vendors lol.. My top favs so far are 1) Gamel by alien visions ( very nice analog "feel" on inhale/exhale...no dominate flav- very low or no sweetness - excellent for mixing any flav with it..my fav mix with this is > 3/4 Gamel + 1/4 cinnamon(I use puresmokers firecracker) = very pleasant non evasive cinnamon undertone on exhale while maintaining analog feel and low sweetness)..and I have to say I do like his gorilla juice as well ( hubby loves it) and it's a sweet albiet nice tobacco juice with the light banana undertone..
If you don't like sweet tobaccos the gen rule would be stay away from ry4's and any flue curred..The exception to that rule for me is Pinkspots honey cured tobacco..Even though it does have a "light" honey sweetness (its not caramel/vanilla) and it has a really strong analog feel.

I like BWB, the ones I have tried all have a nice tobacco feel but, so far I've not tried one that doesnt have some level of sweetness/dominate flav - havent tried them all though..
Halos, this is just my opinion now lol...Tribeca I found lil too sweet(caramel/vanilla)... Prime 15 although not sweet, the very distinct after taste gagged me but, a couple of my friends love it... And even though Torque 56 did have a light definite flav of its own/ lil spicey it wasn't sweet and I found it to have a good analog feel and to be pleasant/satisfying.
If anyone has any to add please do..

I've still got my vaperite and Primevaping samples to try
