I'd like to see more box mods come to the market. I like that I can stand them up on my desktop. My 3 Ovale V8 units have flat bottoms installed on them finished off with RTV.
I'd love to see Provape come out with a bottom fed box mod of the typical quality of a Provari. I'd be all over it. :hubba:

It would be nice if there were a few more options. Do you have to keep a bottle of juice in Reos at all times? That is my biggest concern about that mod, because I am looking for someone else.

A flanged carto with an 19mm IBTanked on an MVP will work. That is what my husband has, and no issues whatsoever. Knowing that we have similar tanks, I think the flange is the difference here.
That's exactly what I have been trying to put on my MVP. No dice. Like I said, I believe it's a center pin issue with the MVP (at least with mine). I'll be taking it where I got mine (AltSmoke B&M Store/Lounge) later today and have the staff figure it out.

Well, at least it was free :D The exposed USB ports on the bottom...that bothers me the most. When my MVP arrived I saw that, and thought, designed to break. Time to get my fishing/vaping fanny pack ready :) MPV gets to go fishing with me today.

Stacking batteries end-to-end in a tube mod may be more dangerous. Batteries swell when they vent so it's a physical design thing.

But you can have the batteries side-by-side or end-to-end and still have a series (double voltage) circuit with equal amp limits and electrical characteristics. Also if one vents, is it more likely to transfer the heat to the cell adjacent to it, or below it????? Hmmm....

The boxes are safer assuming the cover blows off easily due to the venting thing, IMHO. That's not to say there isn't still a fire danger, but they don't build up pressure because the cover just pops off. The most common arrangement for these box mods is to put the batteries side-by-side.

    rounding third and heading home...
It makes me think of catfish.

what do you have against catfish? they taste great... my favorite box mod had better be a gadget dual dna20 from shan mods because I just ordered one- state-of-the-art chip and not too heavy for my arthritic hands. two 18650 batteries will give a long time vaping. shirt pocket friendly, also. wish mainstream companies used the dna20(or nivel) chips......
