AGA T2 Rebuildable Atomizer

i have a aga t2 with glass tank but between the glass and the base wall juice is seeping out don't know why but everything is tight The rubber gasket is in the bottom of tank and the fill screw is out has anybody heard or had this problem before thanks

sounds like the gasket is pinched or maybe torn.

over tightening is actually worse on rubber gaskets/o rings then too loose. so i would try to see if its maybe bunched up or pinched somewhere.

it's the clear gasket that goes in the bottom of the tank and the glass sits on top of it

Is the rim of the glas tank chipped or something? Make sure the center tube is tight in the top before putting it together.

Anyone know where to buy the orange rings? I had two spares, but usedthem to convert my third AGA to a pyrex tank, i'd like to have a dozen spares on hand for the apocalypse...

Hoosiervapes has the little packages for a couple bucks, don't go by the picture, drop them a note and ask. I'll bet they can send you orange if you ask.

Did you flip the tube already? If it were a flaw/unevenness in the glass, it could be only one end. Hoosiervapes sells glass tanks for 5.99. If you want to check for flatness of the end, you could us it as if it were a rubber stamp and see what the print looks like. If you mean how cylindrical it is, try letting it roll slowly,on a flat surface and watch it's behavior

Put flat on table, use magnifying glass to check for voids. You can also pour in liquid while holding the glass pressed down and see where most of the seepage occurs. Nonetheless, the seal is cushioned bridging unevenness', so if they exist, it should be easily visible.

Whether the glass is perfectly cylindrical or not also shouldn't make any major difference as the seal likewise expands beyond it.
