Hello everyone, I am glad to be on board now! I signed up
a while back, and I have been reading all of your advice
for over year now. It has been very useful to me, Thank You!
I know after reading some posts here that many of you don't
care for Aeros tubes. I use them all the time and have become so
used to them that I am now liking them better than analoge's.
I was a 2 pack a day smoker and I rarely smoke anymore.
General snus and Aeros are in my regular rotation.
I did not have good luck with e-cigs, due to allergies, I tried
several and although I enjoyed them, they caused me terrible
headaches, so I am getting by very well with the tubes and the
snus. My cravings for an analogue are becoming more rare. I
do always have my pipe tobacco and rolling papers around so
I can make a cigarette when the need really hits. I will no longer
buy pre-made's.
I live in The People's Republic of Chicago, so I am now very worried.
As of late between the Aeros and snus, I am able to enjoy myself
anywhere. The Aeros really help with the physical aspects of smoking
such as driving, where I used to go threw almost a pack a day while
driving(I have a long commute), and that habit has been broken by a
portion and a plastic tube.
Now with PACT being signed and the legislation in Illinois regarding
E cigs, where does that put the Aeros? What category do they fall into?
Are they being lumped with "smokeless" or e-cigs. It is very hard to
figure out where they stand. Will I still be able to get them online here?
I have been trying to read through all the different bills, but; I can't see
exactly where they fall on the spectrum regarding PACT and the Il bill
that is pending.
I am able to get my snus locally, so I'm not worried about that, however
the Aeros are only available online. Can anyone help me to figure out
where they stand? I would appreciate any help you could give me.
I have already wrote and called my state rep and Gov. Quinn, and have
not heard back yet. I have called Aeros and spoken to the owner and he
is not even sure where they stand, he is trying to figure out right now
what his options are.
I'm not quite sure that I could make on snus alone, and I'm very used
to the Aeros, will I still be able to order them?
Once again any help you could offer me would be appreciated,
Thank You.
