Adjustable luxe

I have a luxe XR max. One of my kids sent it to me and had adjusted it to 20. Sorry, I don't know what that is called.

Can't taste a thing! I asked my kid what he has his set at and he said 55.

I want to try it at 45 but every time it gets to 35 it shoots down to five. What's up with that?

Welcome to ECF, badamsiosllc. That mod might only go up to 40 watts. The other one might go higher. Are the two devices identical?

edit: Oh nevermind, that particular mod goes up to 80 watts. I have no idea what the problem could be. Welcome though.
