I have some SLB 901 atty's and for some reason, the 901 flat tip carts are extremely loose. Is there a trick to getting them to fit tighter? I was going to try plumber's tape, but wasn't sure that was a good idea. TIA
Although I haven't done it in a while, I used to use scotch tape on my RN model way back when and it worked fine. (Around the cart itself) Just cut the scotch tape up the middle so it doesn't get to close to the atomizer.
The loose one sare most likely the dummy carts that came on your atty's. If you have any of those tiny dots they use to afix things to the paper in scrapbooks..one or two dots at the base of the cart makes a nice snug fit! A folded bit of scotch tape works too.

If you have the "0" type - the top rounded on two sides, flat on the others.... I bite the flat sides bulging the rounded sides that actually contact the atty wall. Another way I've read and used is to take a needle - heat it and make a few 'dents' in the rounded cart wall - be very careful or you'll go all the way through.
IF you get some 901 carts from TW - the ones where the cart itself is separate from the mouthpiece - those are a bit bigger than most 901 carts. There's also the D style... don't know what to tell you with that except the 'needle fix'. IT's Really easy to go right through the cart wall with the needle so let it cool off of 'red hot'.
