650mah, 900mah or 1000mah, which will you choose?

Who has those? You mean the V-go? It's only 1.75cm longer than Joye eGo 900mah and about .6cm longer than eGo 1000mah. They are all the same diameter.
Who else makes 1300mah or more?

Ahh...got your PM...I'm not too familiar with them. I absolutely cannot stand their website.
The V-go 1300 at least, is weird. If it doesn't like the resistance of the atty, it will pulse, like heat for a second, then go off. Rinse and repeat. Very annoying. For that reason, cannot recommend unless only using regular resistance or the CE2 cartos. It doesn't like Boges too much either and not LRs.
