Have the armour pro , which 21700 battery is a good one to use? I vape around 40-50 watts about 70% of the time I stay at 48 watts. Please & thank you
Assuming it’s still the same battery under the wrap that mooch tested. I just don’t trust rewrap period.I use a pink Efest and an Ijoy one both 300 MaH and 30 amps (the ijoy is rated for 40 but Mooch prooved it's not)
Same but luckily even if it was 20 amps i'd be fine since i barely go over 30 wattsAssuming it’s still the same battery under the wrap that mooch tested. I just don’t trust rewrap period.
I take it the 300mAh was a typo lolI use a pink Efest and an Ijoy one both 300 MaH and 30 amps (the ijoy is rated for 40 but Mooch prooved it's not)
Yeah 30A and your laughing as it's quite rightly on the side of cautionHave the armour pro , which 21700 battery is a good one to use? I vape around 40-50 watts about 70% of the time I stay at 48 watts. Please & thank you
Oopsie, Yeah my bad it's 3000 not 300I take it the 300mAh was a typo lol

depending on resistance you vape at what you need changes but 30A more than covers you:
0.1ohm 50W = 22A
0.15ohm 50W = 18A
0.2ohm 50W = 16A
0.3ohm 50W = 13A
0.4ohm 50W = 11A
0.5ohm 50W = 10A
As far as i'm aware 21700 batteries are 30A or higher it's the one's claiming to be higher that need a bit of investigation. Battery is up to you i get more concerned like some have pointed out that it's the battery they say it is and not a cheap battery re-wrapped (more of an 18650 issue). Buy from a trusted source. The two batteries you mentioned are perfectly good for the armour at full wattage so your fine. Those resistances you listed at 48W even a Samsung 30Q would be happy with but it's always best to get a battery to cope with the devices potential rather than what you tend to use it at.I have 2 tanks I use
#1 - tobeco super mini tank - .5 tobeco coil
#2- Eleaf melo 4 tank- .3 ecl coil
I found out that aspire coils can be used with the tanks I haveso my current coils I have are
Tobeco coils - .5 & .2 (the .2 tobeco coil sucks & has no flavor to me so I use that one as a last resort)
Eleaf ECL- SS316L .18
Eleaf ECL - SS316L .3
Aspire Triton .3
Aspire Triton .4
Completely off topic
I broke my glass for my melo 4 tank & the aspire coils don't gice good flavor in the tobeco tank idk if it's because the melo 4 tank has bigger airflow. I was gonna use the Triton coils in the melo 4 tank until I broke the glass.
which brand is the 30A ?
And I'll look into the samsung 40t & golisi s35
What is the max wattage for those batteries? I know I won't go past 48 watts but it's still good to know.
I just don’t trust rewrap period.
The coil resistance has essentially no effect on the battery current in a regulated mod. Only the wattage setting affects the battery current.Yeah 30A and your laughing as it's quite rightly on the side of caution

So my ohms law app is only fit for purpose for mech builds? The coil resistance has essentially no effect on the battery current in a regulated mod. Only the wattage setting affects the battery current.
Max Battery Current = 50W / 3.2V / 0.9 for efficiency losses = 17.4A for any coil resistance that the mod can handle.
I am right there with ya. I have zero trust for the rewrap companies. They obviously don't care about our safety with exaggerated specs and bait and switch tactics, so I will not support those companies because of it.
I run Samsung 40Ts and absolutely love them. I highly recommend them.
That would be correct. Regulated mods use Watts Law.So my ohms law app is only fit for purpose for mech builds?
