Hi everyone. Got my e-cig from puresmoker less than a week ago, everything was going fine until this morning. Tried to take a draw and found that the battery wasn't lighting and the atomizer wasn't heating. Switched atomizers, same problem. I find that if I use just the air from my mouth to pull and (like smoking a cigar) and pull hard, I can get it to work; albeit weak. If I use the air from my lungs to pull (like a cigarette), nothing.

I switched batteries, as the pocket mini comes with two - and suddenly I could draw perfectly. For some reason, overnight, one battery takes a ridiculous amount of strength to activate. Both are fully charged.

Changes to system: last night I received a new atomizer, USB charger, and Cash's ejuice. The only thing out of these changes that I could see effecting one and only one battery is the USB charger, but since then I've charged the good battery with it and it's still working fine.

Any ideas?

Definitely will, but I see that their return policy is refund minus shipping. Is there anything I can try on my end, so that I don't have to end up paying double shipping?

You won't have to pay shipping on a replacement! If you email me before 4pm Pacific Time, I can put the replacement in the mail today.

p.s. -- I am PureSmoker :)

EDIT: For your convenience, my email address is steve@puresmoker.com

I've been noticing this problem over the last couple of days with one of my black batteries (green led) which are just over a week old - however my problem seems to be intermittant. I'm wondering if there is a piece of debris inside the battery which sometimes lodges itself between the contacts of the switch - I'll give it a couple of days to see if it gets worse or clears up before contacting the seller.
Anyone else having this problem with batteries?

Are you dripping by chance?

If not done properly, you can start to see liquid buildup in the battery itself ... Not good by any stretch of the imagination ...

I do drip as well as use carts but I don't flood the atomizer so I doubt if its a dripping problem.

My black bats are subjected to the same charge and abuse cycle as my other bats the only difference is that my black bats are newer. Only one of my black bats exhibits the problem.
