Welcome.I've found 100% VG way too thick and syrupy to wick well in anything I've tried it in (though others may have had different results). You'll probably have to cut it somewhat with some distilled water to make it wickable. It doesn't take much to thin it out so it'll soak into the wicking material better. You'll have to experiment around to see what works for you.
The gem can’t really keep up with any kind of chain vaping. It needs a while between puffs to feed.
I like 100% vg but I’ve had to to use distilled water sometimes, the viscosity is too much for some tanks to handle.
If the juice flow is large enough to incorporate higher wattage sub ohm vaping then usually you’re alright.
I sometimes have difficulties on only 1 or 2 very tight tanks.
My kayfun lite has been keeping up! but sometimes it will have issues.

It looks like the kit comes with the Eleaf Mello III Mini tank. I'm not familiar with that one, so I can't comment, but maybe someone else has experience with it.
edit: If 80/20 is working okay for you, it appears that the tank can wick high VG juice well enough. I'd put some 100% VG juice in a small, maybe 10ml, bottle and then add a few drops of distilled water to it, give it a shake, and see how it goes. If you get any burnt taste, add a few more drops to the bottle, empty out your tank, refill with the further diluted mixture, wait a minute for the thinner juice to soak into the wick, and try again.
Welcome to the forum. Are you sensitive or allergic to PG? If not, and "it works fine" why the change? Get a fidget spinner and vape on!what would happen if i put it in my tank and it is way to thick. i use a 80/20 right now and it works fine
Welcome and glad you joined. Thanks i will go and try this
