Does anyone know how to do the OTA update? I see it's an option in the device's menu but I can't find directions anywhere on how to do it. My problem is that I have a Mac and smok hasn't made a update tool for Macs yet. I did try it on my works computer but it hasn't worked. I've done everything right; took the batteries out, pressed the fire button, but the software gets stuck and I get the spinning curser, then I start to curse, and then I want to curse the whole damn company.
