Who made the e liquid for PS ACE cartomizers?

I know PS got their cartos from China but can't figure out what manufacturer. I loved the apple cider flavor in the cartomizers but they stopped ordering from the Chinese manufacturer. Can anyone give me any Info? I want that apple cider juice! Thanks!
