DOMESTIC ORDERS

1st Class Shipping:

* Only applies to mail under 13oz in weight.
* USPS says 1-3 days to deliver, but we generally quote 3-5 business days because it's more realistic. Can take as little as next day (if you are in the Midwest and on a shipping hub - Kansas City, Denver, Minneapolis, Chicago, Des Moines). Can take as long as 10 business days if the parcel takes the scenic route through the postal system.
* Tracking number *is* included on every shipment at no additional charge
* UNINSURED
* Generally not recommended unless you are willing to gamble on the shipment. 1st Class Orders will *not* be replaced or refunded if they go missing unless insurance is purchased HERE. As a general rule, if your order approaches or exceeds $50USD, we recommend Priority for the insurance.

FREE SHIPPING:

* We offer FREE SHIPPING on domestic orders above $50USD, but those orders are NOT insured if they are under 13oz in weight. For guaranteed replacement in the event of a loss, choose Priority Shipping or purchase insurance HERE. FREE SHIPPING orders that weigh more than 13oz will automatically be upgraded to Priority Mail, which includes $50 insurance.

PRIORITY MAIL:

* Delivery times vary, click here to and input the zip code 68138 to determine how long the parcel will take.
* The benefit of upgrading to Priority is the insurance, not significantly faster delivery times.
* Priority Shipping does not translate into priority processing, orders are filled on a first come first serve basis.
* Priority 1-2-3 day is not a guarantee, it is an estimate (see 1st Class Mail)
* INCLUDES UP TO $50 INSURANCE!! If additional insurance is desired, it can be purchased HERE.
* Tracking number included on every shipment

Priority Mail Express

* Available 365 days a year with money-back guarantee and overnight schedule deliver to most US addresses.
* Price includes proof of delivery signature (if requested in the notes at checkout).
* Tracking number included
* $100 insurance included If additional insurnace is desired, it can be purchased HERE.
* Overnight scheduled delivery must be delivered to the post office by 10:30AM CST - we generally deliver mail at 5-6PM CST.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

USPS 1st Class International Shipping:

* Wide variance in delivery times.
* UNINSURED Insurance options are not available for this shipping method.
* Does not track point-to-point, tracking does not work after it leaves the USA
* Our liability for the shipment ends at deliver to the post office - we do *not* replace or refund 1st Class International orders that are lost or damaged. If a shipment arrives and leaks, we generally work within reason to make it right, but replacement bottles will be put in a subsequent order (at our discretion).

USPS Priority Shipping:

* Significantly faster shipping times: Australia, for example, generally arrives in 5-10 business days
* UNINSURED
* Tracks point-to-point.
* Generally not recommended since it doesn't cost much more to do Priority Express and get $100 insurance.

USPS Priority Express Shipping:

* Faster than Priority - ETA varies by destination.
* INSURED for $200USD
* In the event of a loss, Nicoticket will replace the order immediately and file the insurance form on your behalf. Generally we "flex" the value of the insurance (IE, we take *our cost* when calculating the amount of liquid that will be replaced - $200 goes a long way when it comes to replacing sizable orders)

International customers - as a general rule, we don't experience issues with 99% of USPS 1st Class International mail, BUT, it should only be used for orders that you are willing to write-off if lost or damaged in transit. If your order approaches or exceeds $100USD in value, or you want the shipment insured, we very much recommend Priority Express International Shipping. Priority Express reduces the exposure of the liquid to the elements (heat/cold), and it gives us the ability to replace the order if needed. If you are even considering Priority International, just choose Priority Express - the additional speed and insurance is always worth the difference in cost.
