If a shipment arrives and leaks, we generally work within reason to make it right, but replacement bottles will be put in a subsequent order (at our discretion).

* INSURED for $200USD
* In the event of a loss, Nicoticket will replace the order immediately and file the insurance form on your behalf. Generally we "flex" the value of the insurance (IE, we take *our cost* when calculating the amount of liquid that will be replaced - $200 goes a long way when it comes to replacing sizable orders)
International customers - as a general rule, we don't experience issues with 99% of USPS 1st Class International mail, BUT, it should only be used for orders that you are willing to write-off if lost or damaged in transit.
