What kind of plastic for my design?

I'm currently in the process of designing an atomizer made of 316 stainless steel and some parts require a plastic insolator. (I can't share too many details based on contract) Can anyone tell me what kind of plastic is safe for vapes? Fume free, heat resistant? Last thing I want is for people to get sick off plastic fumes [emoji21] Your advice is greatly appreciated! [emoji1]

PEEK is good. Fairly high heat resistance and chemical resistance.
There is a fancy plastic used in the evolv 510 that is even better but I don't recall just what it is.
Nylon in not good.

Delrin and peek are the most commonly used insulation materials, sometimes ABS. You want heat and chemical resistance and NON conductivity.
