What is your method for refilling KR808D-1 empty cartomizers?

I wanted to ask all of you what your method was for refilling the newer horizontal coil cartomizers from Kanger. I have my own way of doing it but I am not convinced it is the best. Please describe your way of dealing with this task.

I put 25 or so drops in turning the cartomizer with each drop and I hold it at a slight angle/tilt as I am doing it. When I am done I check the bottom for leaks then let it sit for a few minutes.

I use the syringe method with an 18 gauge beveled needle at home for initial filling.

I use the drip method when it's time to top off, or if I'm out and about.

tilt to 'bout 45 degrees, drip around 30 drops in, let it sit for a few minutes, vape away.
