Thanks everyone. It was our pleasure.
BTW, we're a topographical couple. I'm Cliff and wifey is Vali. Seriously. Not a nickname. Odd how that worked out 28 years ago.

Ah, rosesense. If I knew you were gonna bake a thread cake I'd have waited. Thanks for the thought.
O.K. everyone, back to vaping.

Hey, ain't I suppose to go from Ultra Member to Veteran?

Congratulations to you both. That's wonderful. I hope you can make it to the Vapefest in August. I just may bake a cake to celebrate all who have made it past 1 year. I appreciate your post explaining your progression of equipment. It's all still a bit confusing to me. I'm wanting to upgrade from my 901, but there are just sooooo many choices. I'm hoping that with the number of suppliers that are going to be represented at Vapefest that I will be able to make a decision then. It helps when you can actually see the thing up close, hold it in your hand and maybe even test drive it.

We have not had a cigarette since one year ago, thanks to the e-cigarette and the incredibly wonderful people here on the ECF!

It's so hard to believe that one year ago I was lighting up and inhaling 40-50 cigarettes a day and my wife was burning up 20 a day. I smoked for 45 years and she smoked for 30 years and after years of trying to quit cold turkey, using the patch and terrible days of Chantix, something finally worked. vaping! We've been among the lucky ones who were able to stop cigarettes on the very first day we began vaping. Neither of us has had one stinking smoke since that day.

So thanks again to every one of you for helping us through. Your comments, knowledge, advice, encouragement and friendship have played such a huge part in our success.
Cheers to you ! :toast:

What a great accomplishment ! Congratulations.
Do you ever look back, say 18 months ago and ever think you both could say this after all those yrs of smoking?
Cheers, to longer and healthier years to come !!

1 year .. awesome. Also the fact that you were both such heavy smokers for so long.

I myself quit in November of 2009 after getting my first 510 kit.

Not only is it good that I quit since then, but I am also saving a ton of money, since Dear Governor Tax Master Socialist Patterson just added another $1.60 tax to cigarettes, as our state legislature has no idea about fiscal responsibility.
