To be honest, I am amazed at how well this works! As I was telling a smoker at a party we went to last weekend, I don't even WANT a cigarette. This tastes so much better! Yes, I probably only switched my addiction - that is true. But is is safer, less expensive, it doesn't stink, and I am not handing money over to the pigs at Big tobacco. I feel better about it, and I feel better healthwise then I have in years so I am ok with that.

Going on 9 months for me and no desire to go back to smokes! Thanks V4L!
