WDIV shows image(s) of Altitude Vapor e-juice in story about synthetic drug called Cloud 9

Saying a product is “dangerous and sometimes deadly” the Local 4 news crew seemingly points out a legitimate ecig company, Altitude Vapor, from Michigan as the proprietor of a synthetic drug called Cloud 9 on the streets. Seven seconds into the video, 3 of Altitudes bottles were displayed.

I watched the video, and it's true. When I called WDIV, they said they were 'about to go on air' and couldn't talk, call back in 30 minutes.

I hope enough people read this and call back at 6:30PM Eastern to raise their awareness.

As far as I know they have NOT made an apology, retraction or correction.

There is an audio file you can listen to of one of the calls to the station about it, to summarize "tough cookies, sue us"

I wonder if Altitude has looked into their legal options regarding the matter.
