USPS finally got it to me, a day and a half to travel from Orlando, FL to Columbus, OH.
Another day and a half from Columbus to Zanesville (54 miles)
and finally another 30 hour from Post Office to mailbox (4.3 miles)
Anyway, here's my promised review:

What I ordered -
120 ml Nicotine - 36 mg @ 100% PG
250 ml PG
120 ml VG
10 pack of 10 ml bottles
Order arrived well packed with each bottle heat sealed in its own plastic bag.
The 10 pack of bottles were sealed in bags also, with the bottles, tips and caps in individual bags.
Waited overnight last night before opening the liquids for them to reach room temperature.
Nicotine
Opened the bottle and could see the bottom of the bottle. No smell at all.
Poured 60 ml into a glass beaker and it is as clear as the picture on the web site.

Transfer the 60 ml into an amber glass for freezing.
Pulled 3 ml for testing - test twice with average of 36.237 mg.
Poured 30 ml into the beaker and transfer to glass for freezing.
Poured another 30 ml to transfer into glass for use.
Bottle still has NIC left in it..??..
Remeasured using syringe and all the measurements were correct.
Poured remaining NIC into beaker and measured with syringe.
17.75 ml left over. So for the price of 120 ml, I received 137.75 ml of product.
Having bought from WL, RTS and MFS, only MFS has ever been over and it was less than 1 ml.
PG
Again, clear enough to see to the bottom of the 250 ml bottle.
No unusual taste or smell.
Beaker showed exactly 270 ml, an extra 20 ml.
PG from WL and MFS have had a few extra ml, but never more than 5 ml.
VG
Looked like normal VG, no unusual smell, taste slightly less sweet than normal.
Beaker measured at 135 ml, an extra 15 ml.
Mixed 2 ml each of 36 mg, 24 mg, 18 mg and 9 mg - all at 75/25 for tasting.
9 mg - crisp and clean taste
18 mg - again crisp and clean taste
24 mg - just the slightest bit of pepper taste
36 mg - more pronounced peppery taste, almost the same as MFS @ 12 mg
Rated on a scale of 1 to 10
Customer Service = 10
Quality = 10
Cost Savings = 10 (not counting the extra product-otherwise 10+)
BOTTOM LINE -
If you prefer the rugged, peppery taste, this stuff is not for you!
If you batch mix without measuring - DON'T DO IT!
