Briefly describe your problem or issueordered an instock item on 11/30/13. i get that it is china , but this is not a juice or battery item. using their on-site messaging system i have sent six messages ask for correct tracking information or any detail about the shipping of this order. to date i haven't received a single response to any questions or any inquiries- they are posted on their web site under details for my account with absolutely nothing showing in way of a response. here it is 1/7/14 and not even any sign that they even exist other than they will take your money-for that they have no problems
