Vamo V3 Threading Issue

Lately on my Vamo V3 it appears certain tanks thread and certain ones do not. Example Kanger Pro tank, HyperTank, ego devices all fit great. If I try to connect a DCT cartomizer (boge or smoktech) they spin endlessly, but Pro Tank , Hyper Tank screw in gently and snug.

First off yes I probably overtightened a few times. I've had it about 2 months from fasttech and prior used a Vamo V2 for a good 5-6 months with no issues. Any advice? I know the threads on ProTank, HyperTank have more threads than a cartomizer just confused on why those connect and others don't?

I will probably get a ego to 510 adapter or airflow controller to permanately mount or just use it for ProTank/HT only.

I'd pick up an airflow controller as you said, just keep that on it pretty much permanently and your threads will thank you. Also you'll have control over your draw as an added bonus

You ever thought if some tanks fit good, and some don't it could be the tank and NOT the device?

Touché, although, I experienced the same thing on my first vamo, some of my tanks grabbed the threading others didnt, however, all of them grabbed on other devices.
