Just a quick rundown. I ordered the chrome version with the I2 charger and Panny batteries which is exactly what I got. The I2 is charging as we speak and the batteries appear to be legit Panasonics.
This chrome Vamo is superior to my SS and black chrome in assembly quality. The lens is blackout plastic and lends a certain touch of class to the shiny chrome. Spring is the "new" gold/brass version and I'm not feeling any heat issues at all. Best of all, the 510/eGo well allows for a T3 w/o an adapter. There is ample room between the T3 base and the well for unrestricted air flow. The well is still a press fit to the Vamo body. Sorry, not screwed onto the body.
Turnaround time from fasttech was fantastic. Order was placed 5/26 and it was received in Indiana 6/3.
