V4L live chat option?

Hi the thread talking about this got closed, so I'll ask again here.

Where exactly do you find the Live Chat option?

But I don't get a flag or anywhere to click. Maybe it's cos I'm not in the US? I dunno, can someone send me a link or something?

Oooh-Ooh! My browser was blocking the button. Once I allowed it, I got the button, (though no flag) and it is online!!! Except now I don't need help. Oh well, now I know where it is for next time.

Yea...I tried to post again, but it was closed.....where I was talking about I no longer see on the home page....I clicked the flag and the bottom option was to change the country region (or something like that)....I hit Australia thinking there might be a different number or what not...well, now the drop down is gone and I have no idea how to get it back

I don't get any flags at all, anywhere. Do you think (gasp) the website can tell where I am (gasp)?
